"I bought my first bike in 2003.
My first bike was a true beginners cruiser, a mere V-Star Custom 650.
I bought it from, guess where, NCY!
I was pleased with my purchase, my purchase experience and most overall pleased with future relations with NCY via service and parts.
I got rid of that bike about a year ago and moved bike to California a year before that (approx.) and have been feeling the 'jones' for a new bike for a while. I started researching the bike market and kinda playing with the desire and the dream... after test riding one of those new Can-Am Spyder 3-wheel sportsters I realized... I LOVE motorcycles... REAL two-wheeled lean-into-turns, feel-the road, hug-the lines, open road beauties.
SOOOOOOOooooooo. LITERALLY the first dealership I looked into was NCY... I looked other places over the next day or two while I waited for approval from my CU on the loan. In the end, I unwaveringly came straight back to NCY and went to work hashing out the deal on my NEW Triumph!!!
I was looking at their last 2006 model (NEW) and was going to work out a deal, but great guys they are, I ended up on a 2007 with a nice two-tone paint job, service plan and extended warranty (til 2013!) for a GREAT price!!!
I even got good deals on my accessories and they will be installing Shorty pipes and other performance mods at the time of my 500 mile service! VROOM VROOM!!!!
They were low to no pressure, answered MY questions, did not even try to find out how much I had to spend and my salesman Phil treated me like I was an old friend and took good care of me during the whole process. I ended up feeling ZERO pressure and 100% thrill, elation and joy as I decided to go with the 2007 instead of the 2006.
In the end I walked out of that experience COMPLETELY satisfied with NCY. They were a pleasure when I got my 650 but they have REALLY raised the bar and are a CLASS ACT when it comes to what they do... try to find considerate, passionate, honest, decent-minded people ANYWHERE ELSE that sells things like cars, motorcycles, boats, etc. you MIGHT find it... but you WON'T FIND IT LIKE THEY GOT IT AT NCY!!!!!
I'm inviting these guys to my wedding if I ever have one, LOL!

This is got to be the 10th or 11th bike since 1999 we've bought from you and I've lost track of the thousands in parts and accessories. I always leave there thinking I got a great deal and never regretting doing business with you (Actually I know I did because I did my research prior).
The new Raptor 700 is a fantastic quad; Phil in sales, Mike G.in parts and Mike in Finance (he actually saved the deal when I bought 2-2006 KTM's awhile back) always give us great service and are a pleasure to work with.
