"After riding the Thruxton at the Triumph Roadshow on 8/22, I had to have one and went back the next day to make an offer on the red one they'd had in stock. Apparently Carlos in Chula Vista beat me to it :-( . That "forced" me to order a new 2011, which Jim, the owner immediately set in motion. Got the bike on 8/31 and it's brilliant.
Thanks to Jim for maintaining such a great place to come to over the years. Kudos to Tyson, Greg & Clint in sales; Andy(Tri guru), Grinny & Michael in parts, plus Chris & Jason in service for setting up the bike for the TORs pipes. Oh, and I certainly can't forget Margo, who'd just had her "30th" birthday.

"I want to say how these guys made my dreams happen. I was looking for my 1st bike. I was getting price quotes everywhere. Some were too high and were not willing to negotiate. Others were going to give me a good deal but not for the bike I wanted. The dealers did not listen to my request and were pulling my leg as if I did not do my research.
I came across NCY on cycle trader, I emailed Daniel and he responded right away. I called spoke to Marc, Derrick, and Tyson on different times. They all helped me out. My husband called and spoke to Clinton. All of them made it happen for me. I got the bike I wanted for a smokin good deal. I got parts and a jacket for a good price. There customer service was excellent!!! That is very important for my husband and I. These guys truly have it and will continue gettign our business for sure!

"I recently purchased a center stand for my 2009 Bonneville SE. I had it installed for $84.00. It seemed to work fine until I think the third time I used it. The spring got hung up on the bolt on the tailpipe. It stretched out and the spring came off. I adjusted the bolt so the spring didn't interfere with bolt but the inner spring was so stretched out that the center wouldn't stay up.
I called NCY and they told to bring it down and the they would take care of it.. When I got there there ( I live about 30 miles away) they said they would have to order a new spring. I was just about to leave and not very happy when the service associate called me back in and said he had found another center stand in stock and maybe he could use the spring from that kit. It worked and I was only there about a half hour.
The service technician that that helped me did an outstanding job and I give him an A+ for his customer service. Thanks again NCY!"

"I have purchased parts form NCY since the mid-1990s. However, I've tried very hard to use online dealership located closer to me hoping for east coast service and faster delivery of items. The biggest of these was Yamaha of Troy who has become such a disappointment. I apologize to NCY and promise that you will be the first call I will make for future purchases on the grounds of: 1. competent sales staff 2. enthusiastic sales persons 3. availability of parts that the other dealerships never seem to carry (i.e. seals, bearings, carburetor jets, shop manuals...) 4. The ability to drop an item on my doorstep on the agreed day and time. 5. courtesy calls whenever a problem occurs.
Many companies have shown energetic attempts at high quality service to only fall below my expectations with time; however, NCY continues to be the very best at consistent, fast, competent service. "

"NCY is the only place I buy parts for my R1. The local dealers just suck. You stand in line so they can order a part they don't have, stand in another line to pay for it. Then two weeks later maybe they call you so you can stand in line to pick it up. NCY has always delivered the right part quickly and they have a great website. I have never had a problem with an order but I'm sure if I did they would make it right just as quickly. Good Job!"

"Absolutely no pressure no bs knowledgable sales department made this the best buying experience I have ever been a part of. Owner and sales staff definately want you to be happy with your experience and purchase. This is shown by the simple things like a call three days later to make sure my bike was running perfectly and I was still happy with the experience and purchase.
The parts department are very knowledgable about everything that you sale and give you undivded attention with every question and answer them to the proper level of understanding.
I now understand why my friends from all over com ehere to do business. It is definatley worth the short drive up from San Diego to be treated like a customer and not just walking money (as most of them do in San Diego).
Can't wait to see how great the service department is and then this dealership will have the trivector and must get awards from Yamaha, if not I will write them myself and demand it."

"Bought a Jensen radio via eBay from your store. Manufacturing defect was unseen until unpackaged. I called Andy Lauritzen, one of your Parts & Accy Specialists. He ordered a replacement and called to let me know when it arrived. I opted to ride down in person and exchange the unit. Unfortunately, the replacement unit was also faulty. So Andy ordered another one and promised to personally inspect it prior to shipping to me at no cost. Unfortunately the 3rd radio also had the same defect. Andy suggested a full refund, but at my request he is picking the unit with the least offensive defect and sending it to me. I greatly appreciate the effort and customer service from NCY.
